Our bus compressor and mastering equalizer Creme combines a VCA bus compressor with a pultec-style mastering Equalizert. Therefore it is mostly used on the master bus.

However, the music producer and YouTuber Rick Beato shows that the device also shines when recording and mixing stereo signals and can be used in a variety of ways.

In this video, Rick uses the Creme to compress his room microphones while recording drums. As a result, the drum sound experiences significantly more size and assertiveness on its way to the computer.
