Juan García-Herreros, known by his stage name Snow Owl, is a Latin Grammy® nominated composer, producer, and bassist from Bogotá, Colombia. He was awarded the “Best Bass Player in the World” in 2019 by the readers of Music Radar, Bass Player Magazine and UK Bass Guitar Magazine. In February, he visited Berlin as part of the “World of Hans Zimmer” tour, and we had the honor of having him visit our headquarters.
Julian had a great conversation with Snow Owl about his experience being nominated (and awarded) the best bassist in the world in 2019, his musical journey, and how he was coping during the Covid-19 lockdown period.
